Holiday Inn Express and Suites Des Moines Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was amazing. Great assortment.

We came for a family graduation and we’re able to share meals in the breakfast area which was a HUGE help, we really didn’t have a space anywhere else to accommodate all of us , we were very grateful for that , we had other family staying there also , and the pool was lovely , oh! Loved the black out shades!

The location was great for the places we wanted to see. All the amenities were great. The greeter gave us a great dinner recommendation.

Breakfast was good. Service was excellent and housekeeping staff great. The room was spare and compact in modern style, clean and well designed. The top lock on the door was broken and when I reported it I was offered a different room. I had already settled in and did not want to move again but they did give me a discount, which I appreciated.

the breakfast was great and there was a shuttle available for us to use which helped so much with a large group!
